I had a trailer issue while pulling my boat up from NC to Smith Mountain lake. Everyone on the lake told me to drive up to New London trailers for getting it repaired. I had all my tools with me to repair it myself and just needed the parts. When I walked in as a misplaced northern on vacation in Va, I was greeted and treated like a member of the family. It was warm, and kind and very helpful. Stevie was able to help me immediately, she knew the part number and manufacturer as soon as I set it down. She had me completely set up with everything I needed almost immediately. The other people helping out took care of me equally as well. From the parts I needed, to the tire and rim that they replaced, to the casual conversation that ensued, every part of the experience was great. Living in NC now, I would willing to make the drive up to deal with them because they were that good. When it was all said and done, the price that I paid was far under what I expected. I can't thank them enough (Stevie) for taking a problem that created stress on my vacation and turning it into as positive and stress free experience as possible. I highly recommend for any of your trailer repairs.

Awesome people! I had a wheel bearing die and they got it in, checked it out the next day, fixed the wheel and found another problem with a different wheel and took care of that and I got my trailer back the next day. They have a great selection of trailers, parts and accessories.

I could not be happier with my experience at New London Trailers. I called ahead to make sure that the trailer type I was interested in would be in stock, and again to find out how much time it would take to process the purchase and get me back on the road if I bought the unit. I drove almost 2 hours to get there on a Saturday morning, to be informed that they didn't have any of that trailer size and model in stock. But it turns out, the fellow on the phone had taken my name and put it on one of the units, keeping it from showing as inventory and thus ensuring it wasn't sold before I got there. When I gave my name, they saw it was there and already prepped for me. They were very thorough on the paperwork and on discussing safety checks for me to perform going forward. They showed the features that were special on this newer model, and helped hook it up. Kudos for a great sales experience, excellent customer service, extraordinary kindness to my dog, and a really good price on one of the best trailers of its type I've ever seen. I drove it back home and immediately picked up a load of hay-- great product!

Thanks for the great work New London Trailers! They were able to get a lot of work done on my trailer quickly! We drove it 1,000 miles immediately after the work and everything worked great!

The service I experienced here was excellent. Broke down with a camper 250 miles from home on a weekend. You know the horror stories about being taken advantage of. NOT HERE. Jerry, Jeff and R.W. were great. They took the time to share their knowledge and explained how to correct my problem. Prices reasonable and didn't sell me things I didn't need. I would definitely recommend New London Trailer Sales.

My husband needed an enclosed trailer for his business. We went and looked at one but it wasn’t big enough so I googled places that sold them and found this place. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My husband found exactly what he needed! We are very happy customers.

These guys are amazing. They do what they say they are going to do, both on time and with good prices. I took my bumper pull trailer in to get my bearing repacked and have a state inspection. They went above and beyond in terms of service. I’m very happy that we have them in our area.
